NOTE: With the exception of the images on this page, the images you see from your photo session are "proofs" only.  Images online and printed on a home printer may not match the true color, contrast, etc. of your portraits since all monitors and printers look and print differently.

PREPAID ORDERS
If you prepaid for an order the night of the event, you received 20-30% off.  Please select 
"Prepaid Packages" drop down next to each image to order.  This way, you will not be charged again.  However, you still have to place the "order" so we have your correct information.  If you'd like to place additional orders, you can do so by selecting "Additional (non-prepaid) images" next to each image.

REGULAR ORDERS
If you did not prepay for an order the night of the event, you can still order.  However, it'll be at regular studio pricing.  Please select the "Additional (non-prepaid) images"
"Prepaid Packages" drop down next to each image to order.

ORDER DEADLINE
Images will be online until noon, February 15th.  If you prepaid but did not place an order, we will select the image for you.  All orders will be sent to the lab on February 16th and be ready for pickup or be mailed on/about February 23rd.

SHIPPING/PICKUP
IF YOU PREPAID FOR SHIPPING: Please select "shipping" in the dropdown during checkout but DO NOT PAY for shipping.  Be sure to select "already paid" in the payment dropdown.  The images will be shipped to the address on your order form. 

IF YOU DID NOT PAY FOR SHIPPING: You will be notified when the order is in.  Most likely, we'll be in our new Oswego studio and you can arrange for pickup by calling us 630-553-7910 as it's by appointment only.  Feel free to pick up for your friends as well.  Just make sure they email us to let us know that's fine.

Do you FACEBOOK?
If you'd like us to upload one of your images for Facebook, please add "Shannon Rhodes Range" as a friend (at least temporarily - you can deleted me after it's uploaded. :)  I won't be offended!).  Be sure to add "Police Ball" and the image # in the message when you do your friend request.

Posting of your images

• Extend the posting of your images.  Once images are removed from the site, pricing changes (slight increase). If you want to extend the time your images are online, you MUST let us know before the date your shoot is scheduled to be removed from the website.

Re-Posting Your images

• Re-posting your images.  Additional fees apply if your session needs to be reposted.  Please be sure to print each page of thumbnail images for future reference.

**Referral Incentive Program**

Tell your friends and family about us!  We LOVE referrals!  Refer a new customer to us and you will receive a portrait credit once the session is complete and paid for!!! Make sure they mention how they heard about us! 

• Refer a regular portrait session (indoor or outdoor shoot, $54.99 and up) and you will receive a $25 credit.

• Refer a New Mom Package and you will receive a $35 credit.

• Refer a hourly wedding and you will receive a $50 credit.

• Refer a package wedding and you will receive a $100 credit.

The login and password are lower case.  It's on your receipt from the event.
If you don't have your receipt, please send us an email - list the location of the event so we know you were there - and we'll email you the login & password.
